Very good with some staining to contents, minor foxing, few errant ink marks, dog eared pages with a few torn at the fold, bound without half-titles, in contemporary gilt stamped leather with some loss the spines, and pleasant nineteenth century bookplate in both volumes, nevertheless a pleasing copy.
