Features the preface of Samuel Pennypacker who served as President of The Philobiblon Club when this volume was published, and perhaps a bit more noteworthy, was also serving as Governor of Pennsylvania at the time.
4to. [5], 7-18 pp., [1], 15 color plates. While the contents are generally clean, the book is lightly ex-library with reinforced spine, ghosting from tape, without slipcase, and a stamp to the rear pastedown. Item #171
