Philadelphia: Globe Bible Publishing Co., 1897. The Chicago Record's Book for Gold Seekers was rushed into print by the Chicago Record in 1897, to assist those heading for the gold fields. While the book was printed by numerous printers throughout the country during 1897, this particular printing is scarce with only one copy located on Worldcat. Also includes the salesman's dummy, which oddly enough appears more common in institutional holdings than the actual book. Both are good with heavy wear to the pictorial cloth boards, some staining and grubbiness to the pages. Item #161
